Qualcomm® Vision Intelligence Platform
The Qualcomm Vision Intelligence Platform is purpose-built with powerful image processing and machine learning for smart camera products in the consumer and enterprise IoT spaces. The platform is designed to provide superior image processing together with enhanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities for smart camera products in a variety of IoT devices. These include enterprise/security cameras, industrial cameras, home monitoring cameras, and smart home devices that use on-device vision artificial intelligence (AI) in the security, retail, manufacturing, logistics applications, and more.
For developers working in IoT, there are reference designs and developer kits to help you tap into the optimized image processing and machine learning features of the platform.

- Powerful Qualcomm Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engine, which integrates the hardware and software components to accelerate on-device AI.
- Superb Image Quality with support for up to 4K video resolution at 60 frames per second (fps), or 5.7K at 30 fps, as well as multiple concurrent video streams at lower resolutions.
- Heterogeneous Computing Architecture featuring up-to eight Qualcomm® Kryo™ 360 CPU cores, the Qualcomm® Adreno™ 615 GPU and Hexagon 685 Vector Processor.
